Be at the pickup point a few minutes early. Drivers are usually on a schedule and waiting is the number one complaint we hear.
Message the driver if anything changes. A quick note beats a no-show.
Pack light unless the ride says large luggage is fine.
Ask before eating in the car, and take your rubbish with you.
