How we verify CavaRide drivers

Every driver submits a licence and vehicle registration before their first ride is published.
Trust is the whole product. Before a driver can publish a ride, we check their driving licence and vehicle registration documents by hand.
Verified drivers get a badge on their profile and on every ride card. Passengers can see the driver's rating, first name, photo and car details before booking.
If anything feels off during a trip, use the report option on the ride or contact support and we will look into it.
